These terms apply to purchases made through the Absolute Hygiene website (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Absolute Hygiene sells hygiene consumables, including toilet paper, and hygiene equipment such as Tork dispensers.

2. Products and pricing
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and prices are accurate. Product images are illustrative; packaging or appearance may vary where the product specification is unchanged.
Prices are shown in South African rand (R). Any delivery charge and other applicable costs will be displayed before you place your order. We will contact you if an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices and delivery charges shown at checkout. We will send an order confirmation once we receive your order. An order is subject to product availability and successful payment.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, including a refund for the unavailable product where applicable.

4. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa. Our standard delivery fee is R150 per order, unless a different fee is displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from confirmation of payment, subject to stock availability, the delivery address, and courier conditions.

6. Product use and installation
Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions and product specifications when installing or using dispensers and other equipment. Unless expressly stated on the product page, installation is not included in the purchase price.

8. Changes to these terms

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled by a court or dispute-resolution body with proper jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
