Delivery area and fee
Absolute Hygiene delivers to addresses throughout South Africa. The standard delivery fee is R150 per order. If a different fee applies to a particular order or delivery area, we will show it before you complete checkout.
Delivery time
Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after payment has been confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. This is an estimate; delivery may take longer if an item is out of stock, the address is difficult to access, or a courier experiences delays. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.
Delivery address and receipt
Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before submitting your order. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address provided. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or no one is available, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply. We will contact you to arrange the next step.
Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If it appears damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at sales@absolutemed.co.za and include your order number and photographs, if available. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
